…I’m sure that you already know, but finding an OJT/Internship as a student is pretty hard. There isn’t a real resource out there and as a student, we always end up getting stuck working in a boring company unrelated to our field, or we end up with a good company, have the work that’s right for us, but we end up making coffee for the bosses or stapling documents for them. It’s a classic, I know.
That’s why we decided to join together and come up with a real resource that would actually benefit students, whether from a private school or a university (after all, we are the future of the country right). We came out with a website called OJTCareers.com, which would bridge the gap between the students and employers and ultimately show them that we’re already competent enough for a real job. It is basically a free website that allows students to find available OJT jobs online…
This was a part of a campaign letter I received through email and the explanation follows.
I find these students’ cause very helpful especially for seniors who are preparing for internship. To be honest, I just faked my OJT way back and just pulled a few strings. Wenk. But for other soon-to-be professionals who are ready for the corporate challenge, looking for an On-the-Job Training won’t be too much pain in the rear…
Tadaaaa! This might be the answer to your upcoming search for employment. Browse na!
Is it just me… or there’s something wrong with this ad?
While having random conversations with my friends, I came to realize that I’m not alone…
Leyn: naka puti pang pantalon eh no. Popoy: nung bday ni gerald pinasalamatan nya yang whisper. Leyn: may linya dun pag buong commercial, “you know why gerald love whisper?” Leyn: parang sya gumagamit eh no.
Wahaha! Thanks to these concerned people who inspired me to post this. I just hope you get our point.
You know why Vicky Belo has been popular in the field of cosmetics and dermatology? Obviously, it’s because of her famous endorsers counting local actors/actresses, models and other big-named celebrities. Though there were suing controversies, as long as at the end of a talk show the hosts mention Thank you doktora Vicky Belo, the credibility remains the same.
Connecting this, I’ve already read a lot of forums criticizing another Facial Care Center – Ellen’s. It’s not about their service but their Billboard Ads! Imbes na mga artistang flawless ang i-display nila ay si Ellen mismo ang modelo. No offense meant but… okay, offense meant! Bwahahaha!
My brother used to manage an advertising business and decided to offer Ellen to be his client. He suggested the idea of getting actresses to model for the Facial Center but it was Ellen herself who didn’t like the concept and would rather strike a pose for branding. At the end, my brother withdrew from the project.
Para maging effective ang isang advertisement sa ganitong field ay dapat kumuha ng mga convincing endorsers. Belo somehow successfully applied this. Yun nga lang, wag na sanang pagsalitain ang ibang modelo nya, dahil ang pagpapa-facial ay hindi nakaka-ganda ng diction. Ika nga ng mga Belo Girls sa Wowowee…
