Go Fickle Manila

It’s vacation time and it’s time to hit the beach in our summer clothes. There are lots of mall brands to choose from but not everyone has the time to shop before their getaway date. Good thing there are online shops that save our time and effort. Before, I don’t shop online because I’m hesitant about choosing the size or if the seller’s legit, but I noticed that certain online shops sell unique styles I’ve been looking for that are not available in the malls. One online brand you can try is Go Fickle Manila. I personally like their Fickle Sandals because of its interchangeable straps.

The Fickle Flats and Fickle Wedges are basically sandals with straps that can be interchanged. To date, there are 17 ways (and counting) on how to tie the straps. Ergo, one can have unlimited pairs of sandals/slippers by just purchasing one pair of Fickle Flats and/or Fickle Wedge, making it a very practical buy. Also, the in-soles of their Fickle Flats and Fickle Wedges are made of very soft inside foam for maximum comfort.

The Fickle Flats and Fickle Wedges come in sets. The Prime Set (Php750 and Php1050, respectively) can be considered as a “starter set”, as this set consists a pair of Fickle soles and two (2) pairs of Fickle straps, customer’s choice. The Posh Set (Php1050 and Php1350, respectively), on the other hand, is the “practical set” since the set includes a pair of Fickle soles and six (6) pairs of Fickle straps. There is an extra charge per extra pair of Fickle straps, so clients will be able to save almost Php200-400 when they purchase the Posh Set instead of the Prime Set.

Purse as Necklace?

Bags and purses are considered a girl’s necessity to carry her kikay stuff and other personal valuables. Purses are believed to be a part of a whole outfit but what if our small bags are now being used as accessories, necklace perhaps?

Here’s a sample of a necklace purse from Spring/Summer 2011 Berska brand. For someone like me who has slight scoliosis, I don’t think I can wear such thing. What do you think?

Ellips Hair Vitamin

You know naman that I’m a sucker for not-so-mainstream brands and good finds, kaya naman when I saw this weird looking hair treatment ay binili ko na – Ellips Hair Vitamin (with Jojoba Oil). Hoping that my hair will at least improve its texture, I decided to try these small capsules before shifting to other bottled Hair Serum.

Instructions:

  1. Clean your hair and let it half dry
  2. Open one / two Ellips capsules onto your hand, or as much as needed
  3. Wipe onto your hair thoroughly
  4. Leave it dry

I was able to try two packs of Ellips and noticed that my hair improved a bit. And just like other Hair Spa solution, you need to use this product constantly to maintain the effect. I really liked how its rose scent sticks to my hair. It leaves a moist feeling which I think is the effect of the Jeje Jojoba Oil.

Will I buy another pack of this hair vitamin? Perhaps no. Since I have long and thick hair, I need to consume 3 capsules at a time. There are only 6 capsules per pack costing 52 pesos and I think it’d be cheaper if I just use bottled Hair Spa solution with a price of 200-300.

But quality-wise, Ellips Hair Vitamin is okay and it really smells good. :)
